Your flights have been booked in economy class on Emirates as per the routing hereto. Your individual flight itinerary will be communicated to you at later date. Please be aware that flight schedules are subject to change by the airline up until your departure date.

Domestic / Regional Flights
Superlative Incentives will book all domestic / regional connecting flights in economy class on your behalf, provided this information is clearly requested when you register. Kindly note that these flights will be booked with the best available connection to the international flights, unless Superlative Incentives is advised otherwise, in writing by 13 June 2023. Domestic flights must connect with international flights within 24 hours in order to qualify for discounted add-on fares. Should you request flights outside of this time frame, the additional cost will be for your own account.

Breakaways are confirmed on a
first come, first serve basis
Emirates allows a maximum of 20% of the group (i.e. 6 passengers) to extend their stay on the return journey, at a cost of R1000.00 per ticket change. This cost is over and above any difference in fare class. No changes are permitted on the outbound flights as well as once travel has commenced. Should you wish to extend your stay, please let Alison know in writing by no later than 13 June 2023.

Flight Changes
Any amendments to flight dates/times/routings will result in an administration fee being levied, in addition to a possible change in airfare. We will quote you prior to actioning any such request.

PREGNANCY & TRAVEL
If either you or your travel partner is pregnant, please advise Superlative Incentives well in advance and indicate how many weeks pregnant you or your partner will be at the time of travel. Flying Flying domestically is permitted up to 36 weeks for a routine pregnancy. For international travel, flying on most airlines is permitted up to 35 weeks for a routine pregnancy. All pregnant women beyond 28 weeks of gestation are required to provide the airline concerned with a letter from their obstetrician/general practitioner or midwife stating the following:

  • Term of pregnancy
  • Due date
  • Fitness of travel
  • Whether it's a single, multiple or high-risk pregnancy
  • Any possible complication, including hypertensive passengers, history of premature labour, etc.
