Visa information
All South African passport holders require a Schengen visa to enter France. If you already have a valid multiple entry Schengen visa you do not need to re-apply for a visa. Kindly send a copy of your valid Schengen visa to Candice.

If you hold a passport other than South African, please contact Candice to confirm visa requirements, if any.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE
  • Your South African passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the date of return i.e. 19 January 2024. 
  • You will need at least 2 valid blank pages for your visa in your passport. 
  • South African Temporary passports will not be accepted. 
We will make your visa appointments between 18 and 31 August 2023 and will provide you with your date and time of appointment accordingly. If you will be travelling over these dates, please can you advise us with dates that will be suitable for you.

STEP 1: CREATE AN ACCOUNT AND FILL IN THE APPLICATION FORM ONLINE SOONEST
  • Create an account by clicking on the below link and fill in the visa application form.
  • All fields are required and are to be properly filled out. Please Download the sample form
  • Once you have completed your form, please advise us of your log in details for us to secure an appointment on your behalf. Please mail this to candice@superinc.co.za
  • Please print out the completed application form and sign the form. Please note you will need to bring the form with you to the Visa Application Centre for submission.
  • It is important that you apply for a multiple entry visa.

STEP 2: BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT
Superlative Incentives in conjunction with Exclusive Global Visas will book your visa appointment accordingly and will send through your appointment confirmation e-mail.

The cost for your visa and services fees, will be covered by Altron. Any other costs for example photos, courier and SMS notification fees will be for your account.
STEP 3: YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please note the following with regards to your appointment:
  • You are requested to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. 
  • You must attend the appointment for your visa application in person. You cannot send someone in your place. 
  • A visa representative from Exclusive Global will meet you on the day and walk you through the process. 
  • Only applicants are permitted to enter the Visa Application Centre. 
  • Bring a printed copy of your visa application, as well as your valid passport with at least two pages that are blank on both sides. 
  • Bring all supporting documentation (originals and copies). 
  • At the centre, you will also need to submit your fingerprints and photograph. This is known as biometric information collection. A digital finger scanner collects images of all 10 digits, and you will have a digital photo taken. The digital fingerprint scanner uses no inks, liquids or chemicals and will not mark your skin. 
  • Ensure your fingertips are free from any forms of decoration such as mehndi, cuts, abrasions, or other markings as these may affect your ability to provide acceptable finger scans. 
  • Your digital photograph must be taken with full face and without sunglasses or tinted spectacles, or head covering unless it is worn for religious or medical reasons. Your face should be clearly visible with no hair across the eyes.
VISA SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
  • The printed out and original application form.
  • Proof of payment - this will be given to you on the day of your appointment.
  • Your valid passport. 
  • A copy of your passport (only the data page with the photograph and the signature).
  • 2 recent passport sized photograph (3,5 x 4,5 cm) in colour to be glued to the form, do not staple. 
  • Proof of financial funds for the stay at the territory of Schengen states, e.g., recent bank account statements showing movements over the last 3 months.
  • Letter of employment on your company letterhead (this needs to be provided by your HR Department/Line Manager). Click here to download an example of an employment letter.
  • Return air-ticket and itinerary with dates and flight numbers. (To be provided by Superlative Incentives).
  • Proof of valid travel insurance for the entire duration of your stay. (To be provided by Superlative Incentives). 
  • Proof of accommodation (To be provided by Superlative Incentives).
  • Spouses of EU/EEA citizens: Full Marriage certificates must be submitted with the application as a proof of the relationship with an EU/EEA spouse/parent.
STEP 4: COLLECT YOUR PASSPORT
You will be contacted via e-mail or SMS (depending on the selection you made when filling in the form), after a visa application decision has been made your documents will be returned to you by courier. Once you have received your visa, please e-mail a copy through to Candice at candice@superinc.co.za
